Poor customer service and very rude on the phone. They picked up my recycling bin but left my trash can full as can be. The lady on the phone told both me and my wife "they did us a favor" and hung up the phone. Had no problem collecting the charges over the last 3 years which is tied to the same bank account we have always had. Now I am stuck with an overflowing garbage can they want to charge us $20 to pick up. I guess we will wait until this Thursday for pick up. Billing with this company is difficult.
We have been a customer with them for 3 years but looking to switch after this incident.

I pay for yard waste in full every year, with that type of setup the company should always know that the yard waste truck routes are always paid in full and the service should never be interrupted. That’s not the case if you forget or are late to pay your trash account it stops the yard waste service that is paid for. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this unfair.
Do they refund that week towards the outstanding balance for all the customers that this happens too?
This seems like a cheap tricky way to make profits at the end of the day .
Other than that I really enjoyed the service.

We are returning Arrowaste customers. We switched companies when a new local startup company was getting started and was a little cheaper. That smaller company has now merged with Arrowaste so we are back. I have been immediately impressed that our bin has been picked up reliably at the same time each day over the past few weeks. That was the biggest issue with the start up company. We never knew when it would be picked up. Sometimes first thing in the morning, or late at night or a day or two (or more) late. Thanks for seamlessly merging us into Arrowaste.

Love this company and the ladies in the office who help me whenever I call with questions. They are very friendly and just awesome to talk to!
So glad I found this company. I used to have Waste Management, who for some reason kept raising my bill until i was paying almost $300 a quarter.
Arrowaste has awesome people, very reasonable prices and I wish I would have found them sooner!
