I just signed up with Arrowaste today from GFL who had bought out my previous provider. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. The process was super easy and quick. I'm so excited to start with a family owned business again.

Arrowaste has the best prices and best service around. The drivers are so helpful! When our yard waste bin was too heavy, the driver helped us shovel some out, dumped it, then shoveled the excess back into the container and dumped it too, and then cleaned up the scattered debris from our driveway! Been customers for years and they've always been friendly and dependable.

We switched from City to arrowaste. Absolutely best customer service. Our route driver always put trash can back on curb. City always left it wherever it landed. Every week pickup is cheaper than the city and they take about everything. Have recommended to family and friends. 5 star service.

Terrible customer service, terrible service. They’ve got the monopoly on the area so they think they can penny pinch you.
They messed up my service, then claim I never had an account. Despite the charges coming out of my account. FOR TWO YEARS.
They broke my can, then took it. Claiming I need to pay them to get it back.
Receptionists look to argue, and then hung up on me.
Save yourself some $$$, find a smaller guy. They’re cheaper anyway!

Just switched to Arrow Waste from GFL and the customer service alone has already made the move worth it. I worked with Kristi to get my account set up and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. It's a nice change to be immediately connected to a real person who actually wants to help you. Highly recommend!
