This place is truly a place to be called home away from home. The dedication from these teachers is evident. I've had the pleasure to get to know them. I wouldn’t recommend if you have an infant. The preschool room and teacher is amazing and we loved her but the infant room operates way below standards. We have had our kiddos going here since my son was 12 weeks old and have had nothing but issues with his class the past 9 months. You can never get ahold of anyone during the day, they warm the bottles too warm, let kids scream all the time, and don’t keep it very sanitary in there.
They also have the same food menu every week and it’s just all processed food, nothing nutritional. And the outdoor “play” area is a parking lot.
While being there for 9 months this facility seems to have a revolving door of employees, including the director. Constantly seeing new people with my baby and no one was introduced. There was a total of 3 different directors in our time there. Inbetween the second and third director there was no communication between the parents and pastor(s) about what was going on, it was all hush hush and very suspicious.
After all of that about a month ago we received a paper that the tuition was increasing and by that they meant doubling in prices. For the lack of improvements on the facilities and the infant room, this was appalling.
Love that it is Christian based, however it needs much improvement.

Not great and wouldn’t recommend. My son cried almost every day there. Door unlocked often, wrong bottles in our bag, consistent issues with my son being fed/offered bottles, bottles warmed too hot, pacifiers from all kids in the same box, amongst other issues. We were emailed that prices would increase and then handed a paper that they were taking away part time options and increasing the prices significantly which almost doubled the amount we were paying weekly. The care was not worth the cheaper price and definitely not double.

We have just started using Chapel Ridge I am am happy with everything so far. Small class sizes right now which I appreciate. Staff has been friendly and helpful. We can get consistent updates about our kids through an app on our phones that we like.

The staff are kind and intentional about caring for each individual child. Being a Christian daycare makes a huge difference!
