If I could give this place zero stars I would . My daughter attended this daycare the year prior and there were no issues but now this year things have been a total disaster.
Since the new management has taken over there policies benefit the employees and not the children that attend there. I had been late to pick up twice once because there was a blizzard out and the other because I got off work a few minutes late . Not only did they not mention anything about being late when I came to pick up my child they waited until I was out of the parking lot to send a message stating that they are unenrolling my child effectively that day due to late pick ups .
There late pick up policy is absolute B's as well they charge $5 for every minute the parent is late . Doesn't matter if it's a blizzard out or your car is broken down they will charge your account.
Many of times my child has came home and expressed the teachers saying inappropriate things around her such as swearing and complaining about parents coming to pick up there child late . They say they close at 6 but if your not there by 5:30 the teachers will start to complain.
Also I want to mention there willingness to charge DHS for the summer my daughter did not attend there but caused major issues with payment when I she came back the next school year . I wouldn't let them watch a fly .

If I could give less than one star, I would. I took my kids here briefly during the covid shutdown (when there was very little childcare available) and now, four years later, my kids still talk about how terrible it was.
Some examples of why you should not bring your kids here:
As a punishment, a child was dragged by her arm and locked in the bathroom with the lights off.
During outside time, one of the teachers sprayed a kid in the face with water from a hose after he specifically asked not to be sprayed, then continued to spray him while he cried and asked the teacher to stop.
Many instances of yelling and physically aggressive ways of handling the kiddos there.
I wouldn’t send my enemies kids to Connections.

Horrible there is to many things to name at this point it if your a single mother that has to be on a schedule and the other parent is barley around they make sure to change times when it’s convenient for the other person even though the main caregiver has to pay for what the other person does when it comes to the schedule but then if the main caregiver needs something they make sure to charge or got something to say bout it!!! Policy and rules are favorable

I had a good experience with my initial walkthrough however I have some questions about enrollment paperwork and have been trying to contact them for 27 hours and have heard absolutely no word, I’ve called and emailed multiple times. Can’t leave a message because their mailbox is full and won’t accept anymore voicemails. If it’s going to be this difficult trying to get ahold of them then I don’t see how I could trust them with my son, I will be exploring other options at this point.
EDIT: They can respond to my public review almost instantly but still won’t respond to my calls or emails. Not sure why they think this is acceptable nor even want to make an effort to make it right. I would’ve happily changed my review if that was the case. Just disappointed because on my initial walk through we really liked it and had our hopes up.

We love this place!
Trusting a daycare with our daughter was hard. But the staff here have totally set us at ease. There are cameras in the room which is a huge help. I love checking in throughout the day to see what my daughter is up to!
When we first started, our daughter was refusing to take a bottle. I’d been trying to get her practice for over a month, but we barely made any progress. I was so worried she wouldn’t take a bottle on her first day, but the staff were awesome! They helped her learn to take a bottle and were so communicative with me about the progress she’d made and how many bottles she’d taken.
I also love to get all of the footprint artwork or holiday photos. I told my friends and family that daycare is doing all the Pinterest baby projects, so I don’t have to! We got pictures of her sitting in a pumpkin for Halloween and against an adorable backdrop for Valentine’s Day. My box of special stuff for our daughter is just full of artwork.
Overall, theyve been great at communication. I feel confident dropping my daughter off each morning, knowing that the reliable staff at connections CDC will care for my daughter well when I’m at work. It’s honestly a little out of the way for my commute, but definitely worth the drive for me. We love this place.
