At $230 for an interior detail on my 2016 Jeep Patriot High Altitude, saying this was a disappointing job would be a serious understatement. The dash wasn't wiped ( it seemed like he thought about doing it because there was cleaning spray residue near the air vents, which wasn't wiped off) the glass was cleaned half assed, the rear view mirror wasn't touched, the seats weren't wiped (but the back of the headrests had spray residue, which he forgot to wipe off) and much of the interior trim was apparently invisible because it also wasn't cleaned. I'm not sure if it was the detail guy's first week on the job or what, but don't use them if this is the standard they hold their employees to. The only positive thing I can say is that he did a great job vacuuming and cleaning the center console. I'll do it myself next time, I could do a better job while being sick with the flu. Some context for the enclosed pictures: the car had recently been to the body shop for some repairs with the windshield removed, hence all of the rubbing compound dust in the interior.

Most important, I am an old USAF Vet, and these young men totally impressed me as being sharp, honest, easy to speak with, highly competent and eager to insure total customer satisfaction with their work. DO NOT USE! His crew broke my windshield on 09/19/2024. Owner Joe called me and yelled at me that I was lying. Refused to refund the horrible detail job his crew did. Advised he would only pay me after insurance handled it. Mind you his crew member admitted he did it by accident and was afraid to let us know (he's a kid we get it and were understanding of this) but to treat your customer the way we were treated was insane. Owner was on scene and rolling his eyes at everything I said. I asked that he reimburse me for the detailing and that he give me $418 for the windshield to be repaired the next day as we had sold the car. I then even offered to just accept the money for the windshield. He refused both and slammed a business card down on my hood and walked away. These are AFTER pictures. I can only say had my husband, dad, brothers, or any man been I would have been treated differently.

GR mobile detailing took my black Chevy Silverado that the previous owner had not taken care of the paint at all. I had the two step
Paint correction done to the outside of the vehicle
And it brought back life I don’t know the truck had in it they did a phenomenal job bringing the truck back to it’s former glory. (Highly recommend them for your detailing needs!)

I will definitely be calling them for all my detailing needs. I had J as my detailer and he did such an amazing job. Was very professional and my car looks brand new.
