H & H did a great job of replacing the water lines to our washing machine and also discovered a problem with the sewer line. The workers handled everything very efficiently and made sure we were happy with the work they completed! They also did a great job cleaning everything up once they were done. I would definitely use H&H for any plumbing issues!

My water heater began leaking a bit, so I called 3 plumbers for quotes. H&H was competitive and had good reviews, so I had them replace the unit.
They arrived within the specified appt time and exceeded all expectations. They sent an extra man to speed things up. Excellent service and friendly workers.
They were in and out in 1/2 hour, not 2-3 hours like quoted. They answered questions and showed me things about the heating system and the shower upstairs, answering every thing in simple terms. They were fantastic.
I highly recommend them. And they ended coming in with a final price that was about $400 less than the quote!
Lower prices for higher quality work in less than an hour? Who does that anymore? Great job all around!

I had an urgent issue with the vent from our heating system. H&H got out to my house quickly and got it solved immediately. In addition to solving that issue they also performed the annual maintenance. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and can recommend them for your plumbing and heating needs.

The “gentlemen” they have answering their phones is a gruff and very rude individual… unfortunately we have to use their services because they are the only ones in our area that service fuel oil furnaces… but I would not recommend H&H to anyone who enjoys to be treated like a human being and not a bother… yet they gladly take your money…
With that said, the service tech that actually came out to the house was a really nice person. He answered all our questions… he’s not the issue I have - it’s their lack of respect for customer service by the owner and service manager.
Avoid this place if you can… spend your money elsewhere, to people who actually appreciate your business and not act as if they are entitled to it.
I guess the “family” part of their business model is meant for family only…

I need a new water heat tank to replace My water heater’s leaking. H & H plumbing & heating service men came on time and replaced new water heater in 45 minutes. They did an excellent job, well done without making a mess in utility room. Price is less than the other, that’s saving money too. I would recommend H & H plumbing & heating to who will want the job well done with less money and time. Thank you
