Cannot say enough great things about Lascko and our technician Mike. We had an urgent need for a water heater replacement early Friday morning. Mike came out the same day and provided us with several options. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and most importantly understood our needs and did not try to oversell us on anything. He took the time to explain the work and was efficient and professional. Definitely A+++ service! Would highly recommend.
Excellent service from start to finish! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lascko. Their team of dispatchers were friendly and efficient addressing our emergency burst pipe situation quickly and with care. The tech that worked with us, Ryan Sullivan, was knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Ryan got right to work assessing the situation. He went above and beyond to investigate the issue and keep us informed along the way. He helped fix our immediate issue and offered several options for service down the line. Beyond grateful to Ryan and Lascko for their prompt and proper service!

Great experience with Edgar Razo-Salinas out of Lascko Services. Extremely transparent, friendly and knowledgeable of the services they’re providing. He did a great job on the issue we called about and even went out of his way when he noticed another issue. He fixed it and made sure it was done right so it wouldn’t cause future issues on something he didn’t have to. Very detailed and thorough about the services. Highly recommend!
Tony P has outstanding customer service and a great sense of humor. Explained my options well and ultimately got my drain unclogged, even though it took quite a bit of effort as it was not just an average clog. Very happy with the services provided and the pricing wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
