McDonald’s plumbing company was very prompt to showing up and explained what they were planing to do. However my ground was a bit of a challenge so we did end up going into another days work for them. I pretty much knew what they were going to do because one of the crew explained why they were coming back the next day. They even made sure I still had a water supply going into the next day.
There was one older man that had to use a device inside my house to know where they were tunneling and making sure they were on the right path. He even took off his shoes/boots to come into my home. I mentioned to him how much I appreciated his respect in doing that, and he said they do that at their home as well. To me that has such great value and tells me the respect they have for their customers.
Very polite company and explained everything AND very smart they are. I am amazed at what they do and how they do it.
Thank you for taking care of my needs and aiding in me having a good piping to last and give healthier water flow into my home and life!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

McDonald Plumbing was fast, professional, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. They were courteous and scrupulously tidy. Would highly recommend them! I only wish I had more than 5 stars to give them!

I must say, I’m extremely impressed with McDonald’s plumbing. We used them to hook up to city water recently. From start to finish they explained things and did their homework! No guesswork and they came back at a fair price!
The crew was extremely respectful and efficient and I’ve dealt with a lot of plumbers and they by far come out on top. They went as far as rolling out carpets to protect the foot traffic from them going in and out and laid down plywood in our yard to protect our grass from the excavator. Even the hole they made in our yard was minimal 3x5 ft approximately and perfectly rectangle shaped and grated for ease of planting seed.
The crew arrived on time and was able to get everything done in less than a day, the amazing part was that I only actually had no water for 30 minutes, with a newborn and toddler at home this was much appreciated! The crew actually had me check my sprinklers and underground dog fence just to make sure everything worked correctly before they left, It did thankfully but they said they would have fixed them if they damaged anything. Very refreshing since we’ve had other contractors who said it was our problem and left us with many headaches.
The best part about the end of our experience was when we were testing the sprinklers and I was trying to figure out the correct zones I got the crew drenched. Seeing grown men laugh and spray away some hard earned dirt, really showed that they enjoy their jobs and their employer. Thank you for everything, I will highly recommend you, and we will be calling you for any future needs.

We had our entire sewer line from inside the house to the connection at the street re-done by McDonald Plumbing. We had several quotes for this work, and they were the best price (by far!). The crew did a great job of doing minimal damage to our yard. The technology they use to pull the new pipe underground is great--it only required one major hole in the yard and they didn't have to break up the driveway or excavate in multiple areas. They were able to get the job quoted, scheduled, and completed very quickly from the first time we contacted them. Thank you!

A big thanks to Kevin and Brad for installing a water heater at my home. I would highly recommend! Again the guys from McDonald Plumbing were here again to save us from a faulty copper drain pipe in our basement. As always they were professional and explained exactly what had to be replaced any why. They got to work quick and finished in no time. All is well again in the Herrick household , Thank you McDonalds Plumbing.
