We have owned our Caldera Hot Tub for 1.5 years now and have had no issues. Although taking care of it and learning the ins/outs is a learning curve, overall, we've had a great experience thus far. The salespeople and delivery/install guys all did a great job. Not to mention, we use you're recommended electrician who did a great job and fixed a couple of non related electrical issues. Keep up the good work! Best Regards, The Cauley Family

Does this look like a "bathtub " to you?? We purchased this unit from the previous owner who purchased it from Phillips. First of all the wet end kit was leaking, so my husband called Phillips to see about getting a replacement kit, they struggled to find the part, so we had to purchase a whole new wet end kit with a new motor. Finally got that part & installed it, filled "hot tub" with water. Found another problem with the heater casing leaking, took it apart & it was broken. Called Phillips, described the part we needed, he said to bring the part in the next day along with pictures of the tub so they could maybe find a replacement part. So my husband took the part in this morning, the man at the service counter immediately started yelling at my husband! "I told you we don't carry parts for "bathtubs"!! Didnt even bother to look at the part he brought in or of the pictures we took of the unit. My husband said "fine" picked up the part off the counter & proceeded to leave where the man followed him yelling at him all the way outside! Are you freaking kidding me???? I don't care what you have to say, this is no way to treat any person! Even if we are wrong & this is just a "bathtub", this was completely uncalled for!

Full disclosure the actual service performed was adequate. However, it looks like they still have not fixed the issues of communication. I made a service appt in store(thankfully, I did not have to provide a CC to book), more on that in a moment. The gentleman who showed up was able to accomplish more than what was requested, AT A SNAILS PACE! This makes more sense when I get a call for payment. I, too, was charged apparently just for the guy to drive 3 minutes, PLUS a $120/hr labor charge, plus parts. Again the actual service was fine, the gentleman was polite and very talkitive(again making 120 bucks an hour who wouldn't be). The lady who called me to collect payment was short, and I could tell that she wasn't happy that they did not have my CC info so they could just charge it. I tried to explain to her that they were basically conning people with the current communication model, but she wasn't interested in listening to it. Long story short, what I thought was a $60 advisory appt turned into over $500, with no communication! So BEWARE if you need service from them it is going to cost you!

Installation and repair services suck. Do yourself a favor and shop around, Phillips Lifestyles performs crappy installs, poor service never follows up or follows through .

Phillips has serviced my parent’s propane wall furnace a couple of times. The unit was not purchased from Phillips, but Phillips has been willing to work on and repair the unit anyway. The most recent repair required hours of troubleshooting. We were impressed by the technician’s dedication to getting things to work. They’re great folks to deal with.
