The way they respond to one star reviews is to deny any involvement with the person leaving it. The proper response is to say something along the lines of "While we show no record of you being affiliated with our services, customer or otherwise, we believe word of mouth to be a legitimate conveyance of experience. We would like to hear about poor customer experiences first hand, to further improve our company and our training program."
We have been with Pinnacle for over 8 years at 2 different homes and have been very happy with the work completed and the customer service responses. They have worked with us on scheduling, either permanent or one time changes. Our home gets a thorough bi-weekly cleaning, with some things handled monthly on rotating schedule. We LOVE coming home on our cleaning day!!!

The owner talks down to her employees if you ask questions. There is no proper training for office staff and they still expect you to know everything.
