We've used Rhythm of the Night for multiple glow parties and a photo booth at our school. They do a great job and have very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
From my very first phone call, through to the the event itself, this process was seamless and positive. The DJ was excellent and professional and had everyone dancing until the last song.
Sara was extremely responsive through the whole experience. She responded to emails and even utilized a phone call when I was unsure about filling out their music request sheets. Our DJ was Nick May and he did such a good job working with our venue owner and photographer to make sure everyone was on the right page throughout the night. He was very careful to ensure the right songs were selected for certain dances and that he had the right pronunciation for introductions. He played music from our request lists all night long and kept up a great enthusiasm.
I am giving 2/5 stars for my experience because there were a lot of things that went wrong on my wedding day with the DJ that were unacceptable. We reviewed everything the week of the wedding and the day of and there were still issues with our service. #1- they played the wrong first dance song. We reviewed this at least three times with Sarah and still were let down. #2- They did not que the music to play as instructed (and we reminded them literally right before we all walked down the aisle) for my husband and I to walk back down the aisle so we were all just standing there waiting for them to start it. #3 they played our cake cutting song at the beginning of the reception and had to be prompted by my groom to turn it off, #4 I was told by multiple guests that the DJ staff was not friendly and wouldn't accept any song requests or was told they didnt have that kind of music (my grandfather requested stevie wonder....). My wedding day was stressful enough due to weather and power outage issues, none of which were the reasons the DJ could not do the things within their control. They were able to supply light to the barn during our power outage and were able to digitally send pictures to people for the photobooth but were not able to give us any of these photos. This is the only reason they are getting two stars. I highly do not recommend their services!
Sara and Adam DJ'd and MC'd our wedding at Macatawa Golf Club in Holland on 2-12-22. They were absolutely wonderful! We had people on the dance floor the entire night (myself included) and the fun never stopped. They were great at making sure they had everyone's names correct, there were no mistakes with songs or timing, and everything went really smoothly! Thank you both again for everything! We had an absolute blast!
