A few things went wrong so it took a couple extra days than planned but they (Especially Dillon) were super informative about everything and beyond nice! They made sure we wouldn't have to go without water overnight and we're here 1st thing in the morning to get back to work!! I definitely recommend these guys over every other place!!
David and Dillan were very professional and helpful. They did an amazing job and explained everything to me and showed me what was going on. They were pro active letting me know of any issues I could possible encounter in the future! I loved there sense of humor and how friendly they were. They definitely made a bad situation more bearable! I would recommend the two of them to anyone for their plumbing needs and I would definitely ask for them in the future. Thanks again guys. David from the Clay ave. office in Grand Rapids showed up to snake our bath tub drain. when I called they said it would be between 1pm and 4pm, then I got a call that said they had a technician available and David showed up at 11:50am and 20 minutes my bath tub drain is as good as new and David explained everything and also told me how far down it was...over 20 feet. he cleaned up and was super nice. Would definitely recomend Roto Rooter.

Great quick service. Had a clogged drain that nothing touched. Submitted a request at 12:30am and was called at 8am by the dispatcher. Service team showed up. Right at 12:30. Explained the steps I had taken that failed and was explained the steps they would try to free the clog. Went ahead with the service and in 10 min it was done and cleaning up. Great job goes to Dominic, keep up the great work.
