This was the best experience EVER!
The team was professional and personable.
They worked hard all day long.
They treated my belongings with extra care, wrapping all furniture and everything arrived in excellant shape.
I highly recommend Scully.
They are a family business, and it really shows!

They moved us across State.
There were good things and bad things.
Good -
The team was professional, polite, and respectful.
Chatty guys who worked quickly.
Most items were received intact and not damaged.
We are still in the process of unpacking.
I'm sure as more things get unpacked, we'll come across more issues.
Bad -
1> One guy was sick (he openly discussed this, comenting on his sore throat and how awful he felt since day 1 of the move).
Our elderly parents supervised the move on the loading side, and understandably, since Covid they've been a bit concerned with being around sick people and being exposed to viruses.
Having someone sick touching our bedding and personal belongings worried them and us.
2> Once the unpacking started on the offloading side, not all items were unwrapped (plastic that they used).
Some were. Some weren't.
Two dressers and a chest weren't unwrapped. Why they chose not to unwrap those items is unknown.
3> The beds were not put back together properly.
Guest bed - The rails weren't lined up correctly, the mattress was put on the bed with the mattress protector face down on the base instead of face up. None of the screws were tighten, all were lose to the point that they were falling out.
Main bedroom - same issues. The rails weren't lined up correctly. None of the screws were tighten, all were lose, and some of them fell out within hours of assembly.
The beds were put together correctly prior to Scully's handling of them.
We've never had issues with any of our beds.
3> Expensive items were damaged.
3.1> The black tool chest -
This was a brand new item. They chose to take it apart into 2 pieces instead of moving it in one piece.
It arrived scratched.
They didn't put it back together correctly.
The top part doesn't align with the bottom part.
The top is sort of half off the bottom part.
The screws (4 screws) and 2 brackets that hold the two parts together (so that it doesn't tip over and hurt someone), they didn't bother putting that back on.
They left those parts on top of the tool chest.
They didn't tell me that they didn't put it properly back together.
Some of the screws for the brackets are missing.
3.2> Our treadmill arrived damaged -
Scratched up and scuffed.
Parts broken off.
We took it apart to make it easier for your team, yet they still damaged and broke parts of it.
4> One of the mirror's frame is missing pieces of the decorative border.
(Scully's said that they would wrap/pack up all our big mirrors, tv, and fragile furniture).
All of these little things add up quickly.
I contacted Dan at Scullys.
He told me that he would discuss this with the team that moved us the day after I sent the email, and he'll get back to me.
He never got back to me.
14 days later I emailed him again.
Hopefully we're able to get some of the damaged items sorted out.
Overall, they're not the worst moving company, but they clearly aren't the best.
I wouldn't use them again, and I would caution others.

Very happy with the services Scully provided. On VERY short notice, they had us packed up AND moved in, to a new home almost 6 hours away, in a matter of a couple days. The whole team was professional and motivated to get the job done, not just in a quick way, but in a right way. They deserve more than 5 stars.
Thank you to everyone that helped me and the fam move.

We were starting a major home remodel project in a week. We had moved many of the smaller items and boxes but had the large items to go. I contacted Scully and they worked within our timeframe to get the job done. There were two men who plastic wrapped, blanketed, and moved the items from the house to the garage. They moved quickly and efficiently. They were very conscientious and did a great job. They moved a china cabinet, very large entertainment center, sofa, chairs, table, and more.
It was an hour job and it was money well spent. Thank you Scully. I'll see you after the remodel is done when everything goes back in the house. I recommend you highly and without any reservations.
