First I would like to say how nice it was to talk to a real human when I called. My questions were answered right away. I wasn't put on hold nor was I put on hold. Placement of roll off was exactly where I wanted it to be. It was great getting the text's about delivery and pickup. I had called several companies prior to Ten Point and was treated rudely or never got a call back. Hands down I vote them the best in the area. Definitely will use their services again.

Highly Recommend working with 10 Point! Ed was quick to respond, and communicated drop off/pick up well. The 20 yard dumpster had doors on the back to make loading it easy.

I am definitely using this service again. Polite and professional. Returned my phone calls right away. Answered my questions and left it right where I wanted it. Prices are reasonable. Finished the clean up early. They said that they would pick up the dumpster early which was great. I will be calling them in the spring for cleaning out my basement.

Easy to book and drop off was a breeze. Clearly stated guidelines for what can go in the dumpster and texted when on the way. Loved the ease of all of it!
