Working for this franchise for just under a year was the most miserable learning experience I have endured, as a parent and employee. Corporate executives have no regard for their employees and teachers. Their actions spoke volumes to their characters and never in a good way. This is a money hungry company that couldn’t care any less about what is truly happening in each center. The staff turnover rate in the entire franchise is very high. Since leaving TLE my mental health has improved significantly. I miss teaching my little learners everyday but I do not agree with the things that were happening behind the scenes everyday. Teachers need support and help and this is not a place where that exists.
I don’t even have the words right now to express how much we loved the entire TLE team at Cascade. We enrolled our son at age 4 months (now over 15 months old), and today was his last day since we are moving. Several of his infant classroom teachers have been there since day 1, and it was such a joy to see the skills he was gaining through their encouragement and support, and of course the exposure to other kids. From the first day we walked into the door, we felt at ease. They were able to quickly tell us when he wasn’t acting quite like himself, and learned his cues probably better than we did. We entrusted them 5 days a week with early dropoff, and we were usually one of the later families to pick up. We will miss the entire team! Thank you!
Picking a daycare is always hard and scary for your little ones! Let’s just say my son started about a month ago and developed so many things as in sitting up grabbing for toys enjoying tummy time more. I’m proud of the amount of time they have put in to help him. While dad and I are in school we get updates 24/7 and pictures which is always comfort! special shoutout to Kellie for being Ezreal favorite teacher!
As a new family to TLE, we are very pleased with the staff members, especially the teachers. They are kind and caring and attentive to our daughter! Keep up the good work, Ms. Liz!
TLE on Hall St has been very good to us! I have a child in the infant room with Miss Keri, we love her!! She is so good at knowing your little ones routine. She communicates well with parents and makes sure to keep you in the loop :) They do fun activities with the infants and work on developmental milestones! You even get pictures of your little one throughout the day! We have really enjoyed our experience so far and would recommend to friends and family in the future! Teachers are what make the facility amazing!!
