I decided to move a few days ago to IL. I scheduled the available days for the move and made the reservation. Then I received a call from moving company and we arranged the more accurate time. The guy on the phone was polite and gave me some ideas how to prepare the house before movers.
Overall I liked the way this company treats their customers! I would definitely advise it
