Our furnace started blowing cold air after we got our propane filled. Wilsons sent Ethan, who was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions with a smile and got our heat going quickly. Their prices are very fair. I definitely recommend. It's a family owned business too, and that is always good.
We recently went from our geothermal unit to a new high efficient propane unit. We had issues within the first week and when they were notified, they had someone knocking on our door within hours for the repair. Our home has never been so warm. I believe we dealt with Chase, from the beginning to end complete satisfaction. As business owners ourselves, we'd like to add their customer service is superb and very appreciated. We understand, the different variables with buying new equipment, and that our workers are human. Mistakes, and part failure are just equations. Thanks for being an honest, trusting outfit. Our kitchen pipe burst around 6 this morning while my husband was trying to thaw it out. We called Wilsons as soon as they opened at 8 am and the pipe was fixed and water back on by 8:35! We also have some other things that need to be taken care of that aren't urgent so they took note of those and will getting backto us with pricing on that stuff as well. In addition, they helped us out with a water softener issue while they were here.
